ELSENHAM VILLAGE FETE 2010

The weather was good this year. The thumbnails load fast, click on one that interests you then the main shot will load but slower. While a good screen full for most people if anybody wants originals to print from if you hover the mouse pointer over the thumbnail it will give you the shot number. The guy doing the Punch and Judy had the kids in full voice most of the day, how that survives in these computerised days I cannot fathom. At the far end of the field the Griffith’s horses never seemed to stop.

The presence of horses prompted comment about dog-bans again, the reply is still that if dog owners were as responsible as them there would be no dog-ban.

The Parish Council had a pitch but saw very few visitors but to me that was good because it meant nobody was complaining much.
