When you now join the scheme Lindsay Baillie will send bulletins directly to you and as people who surf the net usually have e-mail I will stop uploading the bulletins. To keep the bulletins coming it is therefore necessary to join but note that its all free and you will then be more up-to-date than I can keep you.
